About 4 weeks back my 24" monitor died on me, went along to local retail park store as I needed a replacement that day. Could not see a sutable replacement for what had been an excellent display and was about to leave when I saw the Macs out of the corner of my eye.
I had been reading in this...
Anyone able to help me please, need to know answer to above question by tomorrow [Wed 15th] at latest.
Thankyou for taking the time to read. dj.
Hi Guys, hope you don't mind me tagging on this thread but I have a very similar question.
I'm selling my PC, just bought a new iMac 21.5" and spent the past two weeks enjoying myself finding my way round it and how the different O/S works.
I too have an extra 100gb SATA drive from XP...
I agree. Get it in writing that you have offered to fix but they prefer you not to. Could be they are claiming a larger amount from insurer than is necessary and stating it was Plumbers fault. Unfortunately they have lost all details of your address/Tel no so can't pass on to company, or they...
This thread has taken me back a few years andi. M6 Motorway ( Newton-Le-Willows) was the first section of any M/way built in this country. I think I was about 10 or 11 years of age at the time and used to ride up/down the new building work on the back of a dumper with orders of Tea/Coffee...
Driven up and down the A580 hundreds of times up until the mid 70's (Used to live in Newton-Le-Willows). I suppose it has changed a lot but unless they have restricted it down to 60 MPH then surely it is the same as a Motorway regarding speed limits, 70 MPH unless otherwise stated?
As I explained in post 14 above, I've just bought the 21.5 iMac, thrilled to bits with it. Just one question which I didn't want to start a new thread for and I feel a bit dumb asking but please allow for my age.
In the keyboard package along with software disc there are two self...
I needed a new monitor for my 3 year old good specification Windows machine so went to have a look round a couple of weeks back.
Came out of shop with a new 21.5 iMac and it's superb, could not be happier. Had a couple of weeks playing round with new OS and Office 11 and my PC will soon be...
Morning Guys, First time post on Apple Board although I've been reading the threads/post for several months now.
I have a 3 year old custom built PC running XP and it's been superb but a couple of days back my widescreen monitor gave up the ghost after 3 years of faultless use. I popped into...
Looking through facts/figures of Lotto it appears some 6,000 people on average use this combination of numbers each week.
[Edit] 1 2 3 4 5 6
Although I agree with most of what's been said regarding trust, I can understand the partner feeling a bit confused especially if she does not understand these type of phone carriers. She obviously would have been expecting to see a northern code and shocked/surprised to see local code but it...
I would have thought it quite useful for outside entertaining such as B.B.Q's where people, [especially the Male sex] just want a quick leak. Saves your guest from going inside with possibly dirty shoes to use upstairs loo and if done right could be made into quite a decent feature that people...
Haven't needed to use one for a long time but when my new machine was built for me 3 years back with all the latest types of connections I decided to have a new 'Floppy' fitted just in case. It's disabled in B.I.O.S so no checking on boot but it's there if I need it. :)
Congratulations. Hope your married life is similar to mine, not perfect but so very close. We got married at 19 years of age and will be 64 next January. I've never regretted a moment of it, best wishes to both of you. :)
