Hi all, I have recently purchased a Dell S2409W 24-Inch monitor which has an HD connection. Currently it is connected via DVI. If I bought a gfx card which has an HD output will I notice a difference in picture quality? Thanks

Hi, I'm looking for a digital camera, around £150, that is able to take decent photographs. I would much rather ask you lot than listen to a ramble by a sales assistant in a shop! The ability to take good night time shots would be good. Please list any recommendations, thanks! Mike

He does have a DVD drive from his previous computer which he could use.

Install cctv and then once you have found out their identities hire a hitman, they are relatively cheap these days.

Its just the base unit he needs. He already has an oldish Dell flat screen along with keyboard, mouse and speakers. Preferably go for the new stuff. Max price i think he said he could go was £350 I think.

Here is the challange. Yet another mate of mine is on a very tight budget for a base unit system. Whats the best spec you can do for £300? He will only be using the computer for word processing so power isnt so much of a problem.

I have just learned about Raid1 and it sounds fairly exciting! Currently I have an 80Gb Western Digital IDE drive. However if I raid together two 'Seagate Barracuda 7200.9 160GB ST3160811AS SATA-II 8MB' drives would I see a speed increase during computer use? Thanks, Mike
