Hi, I think my graphics card (a nvidia 480) might be borked, so I was wondering what is the cheapest card these days that can match it in terms of performance? I can't find any nice easy benchmarking graphs which can tell me this! Thanks

I've tried clearing the cmos - no help. I do have a memok button, pressing and holding it restarts the computer but it doesn't actually do anything. Think it's worth reseating the CPU cooler then? I can't get any beeps out of it at all unless i remove all the memory sticks - if I remove the GPU...

Tried changing the graphics card to the other slot - didn't help :( By removing the RAM though I was able to get some beeps out of it. What does it then mean when it doesn't beep at all?

What about the last spec with an asus motherboard? I can't seeing myself going SLI down the line...

Cool. One last (I promise!) question though. The motherboard in your last spec only has 2 working sata ports, thanks to the mother board issue, right? So could I swap that out for one of the asus ones with 4 6gb/s SATA ports? Or would I need to change other components?
