Lol I wouldnt recommend sticking your fingers in the components when its switched on as you will either electricute yourself or even worse fry some of your machine.
I believe you still have to keep the 80mm fan on the inside and put the 120mm fan on the outside using a push pull configuration. this means that the fan on the inside is pushing air out and the 120mm on the outside is pulling the air out. hence push and pull system.

Matey, its not the size of the PSU that counts its the quality that counts. most shuttles have a really small power supply like 200watts or 250watts but we all run big powered cards like 7800GT's and 6800's without any problems.
Its all about quality not quantity with power supplies. people...
just got my upgrade yesterday, went from 1 mb to 4mb, well supposedly 4mb. I say this because when I checked at www.adslguide.org it said it was only 3mb so are telewest lyeing to us? please check ** connections.
