One thing is to change the PCIE frequency on the OcUK provided overclock to 100 only - 101 may cause issues certainly I have had previously.

Are you running CoreTemp to make sur that the temperatures are not getting too high as well and causing the issues you are seeing...
SSD would be a good upgrade - although you have plenty of storage don't discount the speed at which your PC will boot, apps like Firefox/IE etc will load that you will place on the SSD. They make the whole system feel much more responsive
TimBrad, was the moving of the master socket included in the installation charge or extra? Need mine moving upstairs to the office as well as the master socket is no where near any power
If you register via the console the xxx.homeserver.com address it will take care of this for remote access.
You'll also have to setup the user accounts that you want to use for remote access with the permission to login as well

It will all depend on what the ISP uses within their capacity planning. There planning will involve the contention ratio as it drives bandwidth - unless they disclose this it will be hard for you to make a decision on who to go for driven by this factor alone
