i need to replace 3 16v 220uf caps in my freeview box because the tops have puffed out(but not leaking). what values can the replacements be ? i know they can be more uf's but by how much i dont know :confused: ive a few dead mobos i thought i could pinch a few off, some 6.3v 1000uf although...

no, mine says something like that and its definatly not the proper DOC cover. probably means you can drive someone elses if you have doc cover (have to ask for it).

i got ~230fsb on one, which was ok till i did something else in the bios and then it wouldnt go that high anymore and eventually got stuck at 200fsb. others did 199/200fsb max and a couple more did ~215max.

ive never found thermal throttling to have any perf increase or decrease. i think the idea was if it gets too hot then it throttles the cpu back, but its never seemed to work :confused: or maybe the cpu has to get really hot before it does it :confused: either way i always had the pc set to...
