Alphacool rads are cheap HWLabs knockoffs, they dont compare to Black Ices or Swiftech MCR-QPs, let alone TC PAs... and the only good block from AC is the NexXxoS, the others are abysmal.

If its silence youre after, yeah. You basically get the same performance with fans @ 4v that other rads get @7v, 7v = other rads @ 9.5v, and so on... and they have less airflow noise on top.

Well his temps are going to be a bit warmer since hes on a single rad but 15c between CPU & GPU are a pretty strong clue to whats going on :D

Warmish yes, but my X1800XT ran the same temps as my X1900XT (XTX'd) does, and thats an easy high-30s/low-40s, same as my CPU. That 10c delta between CPU and GPU says bad mount to me. *shrug* just my epxerience.

Nice cooler. Too bad about the bum fan choice...
