16GB would 'work' but not in triple channel. Most triple channel kits would work. 3x2GB is most common for this type of board but 3x4GB shouldn't be an issue or even 6x4GB.

Currently running an Evergrow Pro Reef II Wifi but looking to go for a Pacific Sun Hybrid unit when I can pluck up the courage to spend 1k+ on lighting lol. If you want LEDs only then I'd go for the Radion XR30 Pro. The Evergrow is decent enough but there are better lights. I'm very lucky...

Carpet Nems are nasty but seem to sell well so I'd trade it in for a Magnifica or bubble tip which will host clowns without any issues.
