Simple: Bright orange tie would go best (Blue's a bit "meh, everyone's got one"). That way, you'd be unique. If you're not feeling brave enough, just go for plain blue instead of orange - but make sure it's the same sort of blue as the gown. DO NOT buy one from uni - too cliche :)
