I have a raid card so sata ports not essential. The setup would be for an unraid server. Id need minimum 32gb decent ram, the server would host next cloud, Plex for a few 4k streams.

I want low power ide for my new unraid server. I'm still rocking AMD x1800 and asrock Itachi MB. It's been on since 2019 and only restarted for updates. It's served me well but I see some videos online if the low ide power for the 13600k.

I'm looking to get a 13600k but unsure what motherboard. Shall I go ddr4 or dd5.

Really loving it, the whole family on the sofa watching a show together we all enjoy. The gladiators present themselves great, great entertainment.

Personally bare metal is the only way to go in my house. I need one less issue if I need to work on the firewall. I'm using pfsense several years now, there was some changes to the license a little while back but I've not checked into it lately so don't know the outcome.

I'm a little confused. I'm 40 now, when I was 30 I had an eye check for laser and they said I couldnt have it just now but maybe later on when older, I think it was a stigmatism. Now at 40 is laser an option, or as you get older your eyes deteriorate and you can't?

I've just got a steam deck, plays most my games great. I've not invested anytime into pc building for years. What's the lowdown on gfx cards these days. Does the latest card play the latest games easy, or is it like the Crysis days?

Hey, I tried one off Amazon and it wasn't great. The reflection was horrific so I remove it. I'd be interested one others options if using a screen protector.

I just watched it mate, I'm gonna finish Alan Wake and cyberpunk and see if OLED can push out a few more fps before giving it a go. The game I am seriously considering is Robocop. I'm trying to avoid having loads of games I've not mastered.

I am blowen away by the SD. How the heck did I miss the original release, so glad I picked up the OLED. I added a screen protector to the 1tb OLED and I expect it was like a gloss screen, could see reflections so removed it. I've been playing Alan Wake, about 50% thro the game at the moment...
