    Your thoughts on gtx970

Until DX12 becomes relatively mainstream multi-GPU are not worth it to be honest. Every game (in SLI at least) needs its own game profile to work, better off just having one fast card and replacing it every 2-3 years.

Always worth upgrading to the latest ASUS firmware to eliminate bugs/vulnerabilities, or if you fancy a tinker some third party firmware such as DD-WRT

    What watch do you wear?

Bought it for a holiday three years ago, definitely the most complicated watch I have ever owned :o Has come cool features like a solar cell for power, stays in sync with an atomic clock, watch hands glow in the dark...

I'm still on iOS 5 on a 4S, considering going to iOS 7, mistake?

I find iOS7 fine on my 4S personally, performance is worse on the iPhone 4 by all accounts so you should be safe. Starting fresh (factory reset) might improve your performance.

any advantage switching to mini displayport from DVI-D?

Displayport has more bandwidth and so can support higher resolutions then single link DVI and you can daisy chain displays off one cable. As you are running 1920x1080/1200 (max supported by single link DVI) there is not really any benefit to changing cables/ports.

    BT Wholesale

Use Zen Internet for the all the ADSL2+ connections at work, top notch provider in my experience. Would recommend them especially if you only have BT Wholesale available to you.

    Anyone got o2?

Better to go with Be if you don't want your connection traffic shaped, left O2 for that very reason.
