Not sure exactly what's going on, but Ubisoft are moving offices and are having some sort of clearout in the town hall from 10-5. Worth checking out in the area, might be able to get GRAW on the cheap. Do Ubisoft make any other good games?

I was playing on the lowest resolution and I noticed frame rate problems. I wonder if clearing the cache will help out? Some people said they were expierencing problems with LOTR on 360, but they cleared the cache and now the FPS issues have gone.

Yeah there are several multiplayer modes. Search around and you'll find some movies demonstrating online.
