Thanks - unfortunately I only have VGA and DVI cables here. So would have to buy without experimenting.

Best way to connect multiple monitors

Hi - Sorry if something similar already posted. Got 2 monitors that I want to use in tandem whilst working from home - 1 x AOC G2460PF (primary) & 1 x BenQ GL2460 (no DP) with an MSI Frozen II 960 GTX (1 x DVI, 3 x DP, 1 x HDMI). What would be the easier and most optimum way of connecting...

    Onboard vs Sound Card

Hi all, Just wondering whether I would notice a big difference in sound quality (mainly aimed at gaming - seems I cant hear anything compared to others) with upgrading from my onboard sound vs a dedicated sound card? I use a Creative Fatal1ty headset if that matters too. Onboard = Realtek®...

Weird monitor problem [doesnt turn on first time]

Thanks for the advice, I have been meaning to get a new PSU for awhile .... my pc kept crashing after a few games of PUBG and thought it might be to do with the ancient PSU (Coolermaster Extremepower 650W) - I've heard its pretty junk.

    Which PSU?

Hi all, Got the following pc: Asus p8z68v pro Intel i5 2500k Hyper X 8gb Asus 960 GTX 250gb SSD Thinking of either going for an EVGA 600W 80+ for a cheap upgrade for this pc and then just get a newer psu when/if I do a full upgrade. Otherwise go for something a bit higher spec; EVGA G2 650W...

Turning off mid game [Player Unknown]

It is even older than that build, its the only original part from this pc (the q6600, asus p5n-e, 6800 era). The only thing I don't get is that this new card (GTX 960) uses less power than my old one (560ti) and I never had problems with that whilst gaming. Although I never played PUBG on it...

Turning off mid game [Player Unknown]

Hi all, So my pc seems to randomly shut down when I'm in the middle of playing Player Unknown. Usually it doesn't occur until after playing 3-4 games in a row and the pc will just completely lose power and turn off. Temperatures on Gfx card and CPU are not going above 70c so it doesn't seem to...

    Budget Card

Seems my current card (MSI Twin Frozr 560GTX-Ti) has given up. I'm really out the loop in terms of cards, so just looking for some advice on what to go for... I don't want to spend a fortune, as I don't really do too much gaming nowadays - so maybe max £100 Thinking whether its worth trying...

    Help! Gfx card died/bluescreen?

Yes it seems to be powering up normally. The thing is nothing has been changed in terms of drivers, so I don't see why it would randomly start playing up. But thanks for the advice, Ill give it a try.

    SSD - few upgrade questions

Hi all, Been out the loop on all the new SSD tech. At the moment I have an Asus P8Z68V-Pro motherboard and WD Caviar Blue 500gb hard drive and looking for an upgrade to a 500gb SSD for around the £100ish mark. Alternatively, will M2 with a PCIe adapter work with my motherboard? Will it...
