How does age affect psu's?

I have tried reseating the card, and i only have one slot :( lol. Do i have a case for returning the card without absolute proof that it is causing the problem? It has a one year overclockers warranty

ur bios should tell u the VID for ur chip, then just start increasing it from there on manual.

The ram is 100% fine. running 5-5-5-18 and is getting the correct voltage. ran memtest for 24 hours with no errors. Thankyou i will download OCCT and try to rule out the psu being the problem.
