Plus with Vnc you can see the exact problem that your user is experiencing and get them to show you the how they are getting this issue.
With rd you can not because it locks the users terminal why you are working on it. VNC for the win
Just got an email from them after complaining about only transfering 7gb in a month and why i had been restricted apparently it was an error quality system plusnet if it does not even no who really is downloading vast amounts.

You should be running them at 2.8v stock as specified on crucials website and on the sticks that is why you are getting bsods.
I have run my 2x 512 sticks for over a year at 2.5 , 4 ,4 ,8 1T @2.8V 250mhz with out fault.

my 2gb of ballistix (2x 1gb) went today bsods and memtest errors back to my 1 gb (2x 512mb) set which has run for over a year at moment rma in progress on the 2gb at least though.
Sorry to say it mate but buy cheap buy twice.
A decent psu is a good investment because it is a lot better than getting some generic one and it taking half computer with it my 2 pence worth anyhow.
