Thanks for the help guys, I've twigged the problem now. Turns out that the Athlon 64 has a lower cut off temp than my previous CPU and what with the weather just turning hot.... LOL Ordered myself a Thermaltake Big Typhoon which should sort it out and from the specs possibly levitate my case. ;)

All good here too.

As far as I'm able to, as I don't have a spare to hand but it's clean and only causes problems in certain apps. It's also under a year old, so it "shouldn't" be the problem.
