Arctic Monkeys, the only band where basically everyone i've been able to compare it to something i've done, the wity wry lyrics of Alex Turner are just amazing.

gotta agree with that. The artwork with a picture relating too all the songs was a nice little touch. As for the demo versions being better than the album versions its a matter of taste, for instance when i first heard the album versions of Mardy Bum and A Certain Romance about a month...

i think if anything by the way they acted they were just disgusted with him and saw ignoring him mainly as the best way of putting him down, seemed to have done a good job and he shut up pretty quick.

i think the horse touch was quite a good one, it shows the unseen casualties of war (its only a horse you might say), but hell the horse is alive and deserves better standards of living than that.

Well what a total shocker, when i first saw this film advertised in mid 2005, i thought great another pro-war, pro-american farce, boy was i bloody wrong. The acting was was exceptional allround, although i think oscar nominations for the acting are a bit strong. Overall i'd say this film is...

Arctic Monkeys - Whatever People Say I Am, Thats What I'm Not. An exceptional debut album, only marred by a sub-par performance of a mediocre at best song (Riot Van).
