    Those skirts have been notched round the pipes, you will slide them out easily.

    I have seen it before with keyholes in the back so it slots over screws in the wall, can imagine it would be a right pain to get it all flat to the wall though.

    just put new timber joists in, beefier than whats already there, all the victorian houses ive worked in have had undersized joists. You can put a full wet underfloor heating system in with joists aswell, fix a batton to the side of the joist, fit celotex inbetween, lay pipes and screed to top...

    Bit of rubber band between the screw head and driver bit, lots of pressure and slow and steady, you will be able to wind the screw straight out

    If anything tounge and grooved engineered is easier to install than click laminate, you can slide the tricky cuts in place a lot easier. I also find it is a lot more solid and doesn't really need maintenance unless you absolutely muller it. Carpenter by trade, have laid hundreds of meters off...

    I've just got out of my intex one :D For the money you really can't knock it. One thing to bear in mind with the lazy spa ones is that you can't have the bubbles AND the heater on at the same time. Something to check if your going to purchase one
