Just for the record - 41 point leader I posted about in my post earlier.... He shot scratch 63 :eek: :eek: - 7 birdies, 1 eagle, 1 bogie, 9 pars.... Gone from +3.8 to +4.6 !! Pretty sure that's a course record.... But it is still lift, clean and place so not sure if it will be officially...

to be fair to McGuire - He was £80million player 5 years ago..... He's probably been one of our only semi consistent players this season... Still not good enough but to be fair to him he's been "OK" 65 separate injuries this season in the squad.... That's a crazy amount for any team to deal...

Doubt it - Personally....... Stick with one set of irons.... Playing with 2/switching between them isn't going to give you any form of consistency.... Find a set and stick with them.... Shafts will really only cause issues with spin rates/peak height etc..... You sure the launch monitor is...

Golf Pride Multi Compound Plus4 Midsize Golf Grip here as well - std size plus 3 wraps. That comes close to the midsize but just under felt better than midsize on it's own

Our course CLOSED again - beyond ridiculous now. Mid April and can't play a round of golf. I know it's been a lot of rain but lack of investment in drainage etc is just stupid.

Well - 6 week block of back squats... Very short - I know - but good to get moving again with a large group of people to at least make it less of a grind. 120kg coming in as 1RM.... Got 132kg at the end of the block.... Niggling hip /knee pain for last few weeks hasn't helped but happy to push...
