Found this yesterday - haven't tried it myself yet, but it looks like some drives just don't like being slaves! Maybe try making the 300GB master on a second channel?
I have exactly the same problem with one of my seagate drives, I was going to try re-flashing the drive bios (if there is such a thing) but haven't got round to it yet.
Just so I'm absolutely sure, that card will let me run both panels at the same time at their native resolutions? (What's confusing me is that when I add the two resolutions together, they are larger than the max res of the card.) I'm so dense on these things. - Thanks again!
