Can I run PC3200 SD RAM on this PC?

Does anyone know of a way that I can send and recieve emails from two PCs networked wirelessly using Oulook and end up with copies of emails on both machines when not connected. But I dont want to use MS Exchange Server I have a copy of PstSynch, which is OK, but I cant have outlook open...

I am relitvly new to this adding bits to my PC lark, however I have in the past added new RAM and a DVD RW drive. I cant remember how I figured out which type of RAM I needed to upgarde. How can I find out? Thanks
