Ok I have noticed that on OCUK's tv cards selection they have the Compro VideoMate DVB-T200 which says it supports HDTV. Does this mean that it will recive the new BBC HDTV through freeview or am i missing something?

I am looking to add a better cooler to my X1900XT-X so I can lower the noise and over clock the card. What coolers do people recomend and which is the best. To be honest I would prefer a blue LED one but thats not to important.
