    Ok job done, just need a little bit of leveling :) and my stuff arrived this morning for my final bit, going to make bracket and fit in chrome holders and fit 5 amber leds for the lighting, should be ready to move in then :p

    For a 120mm you'll probably be talking £30 ish i would think :eek: maybe more from B & Q etc.

    hi Eliot You'll need an arbour for the holesaw as well, pretty expensive if it's a one off, can't you borrow one? a dremel can be used on other things too, but again expensive for a one off, maybe your best bet for holesaws is the online auctions :)

    matt100 It's good to talk :) never even crossed my mind about the fan just assumed it was needed :p but as you rightly say it will be worthless!!! will be much easier to mod into my bezel now, thanks for the input.

    Fan controller arrived today :p seems to be fully working and not in bad nick, will need a 5 more sensors though (still shouldn't grumble for the price i paid) fan in it is awful :( need to replace that, the only 4cm quiet fan i can see is a Rasurbo are they any good? need to get my thinking...

    Ok 99% sure this is it http://www.garryson.co.uk/products_burrs.html# It's a miniature burr (3mm) either D-Max / Coarse Cut or Double / Diamond Cut, would say the D-Max / Coarse Cut, looks like they are specific for metal :p hope this helps but will ask at work :)

    I just use mine freehand and either sand back with a grinder or file, those bits are great for going close to the line but you have to hold them firm. You can get the dremel bit for £6.99 post free on the auctions ;)

    matt100 That looks like the one :) but will ask at work for sure :) scott.holmes It should cut through steel np but would imagine it will blunt a bit quicker.

    Home made case

    Hi M8 Modding my own case at the minute but it's a piece of cake compared to what you're doing :) looking forward to the finished product so keep it up:)
