Yeah I am feeling a bottleneck with a 3770k and a 1080, let alone a 3080!

I do hear that air coolers for GFX cards have come on leaps and bounds since the days of the blower style coolers.

The thing is you will always have a bottleneck somewhere in your system. If you're CPU limited then you can max out settings or go for a higher rez.
