    I got a Logitech G710+ last month and coming from G15/17 i don't know if i like it. i am continually miss clicking the wrong keys on it, maybe its got something to do with the spacing on the keys on the mechanicals but its going to take some getting used to.

    2.5mm seems quite small for a run to an external garage. is it a very small run (5-10m) to a single 13amp socket or something. I know on our 25m run we used 6mm. Anyway just use an ip67/68 junction box and extend it. Or get a professional electrician to do it for you.
