Your contract is between yourself and OC's. They legally must accept returns for faulty items but can suggest to you that instead return it too manaf. as this is all that they would do.

Honestly putting an enclosure and Hd together takes like 2-3mins and is childs play! Just grab an IceyBox and a nice big Seagate Hd (5 Year Warranty).
Well some do and some don't and from personal experience most PSU's don't actually need a load to stay on. Just pull the PS_ON# low on the ATX connector (ie connect Green --> Ground (Any black cable)
