Just a ham update. This is the equivalent to 7 decent slices of ham from Booths. I'm flabbergasted, with the amount, what a revelation.

I think I made it clear I do not think it's cheap. We are talking about 4 slices which is 120g. The amount of meat on an average pig is 65kg. That would make it 540 packs which is equal to about £2240. Absolutely overpriced.

Yeah I thought this might be the case. Why are the slices so expensive. I'll deff be buying the gammon joints now. And this way I can cut extra thick for a nice ham sandwich.

Ham is so expensive now. 4 slices of ham at my local Booths is £3.50. Gives me a reason to not buy, seeing as it's processed anyway.
