    T-Mobile micro sim?

Is yours a new type or older one with a smaller gold chip? If its a newer one with the larger chip did you have to cut through the gold?

    T-Mobile micro sim?

Yeah wouldn't surprise me one bit if it was longer but not much we can do I guess. Noticed apple still charged my card though and didn't wait till it was ready to be shipped. Sitting in their account making a tasty profit whilst I get more impatient for my new toy.

    T-Mobile micro sim?

Hi, Just wondering if anybody has managed to cut down a standard T-Mobile sim card to Micro Sim size? I have an iPhone 4 on order from Apple, but my sim card has a large gold contact which covers the whole of the width of the card surface. I have a sim card cutter which i have tested on an o2...

    ***The Official iPhone 3.0 Thread***

I honestly don't care if you believe me or not, why would i lie? Do you really think that o2 would be that naive not to put some kind of monitoring in place? If you want to go ahead and do it then fine, but i don't fancy your bill much next month - not that i agree with the charging anyway, i...

    ***The Official iPhone 3.0 Thread***

I think they have, and i dont advise anybody to do it. A friend of mine set his up today using the "config file" method. He had a call from O2 this afternoon to advise him he has been caught tethering without the add-on. He argued the toss about he already has unlimited data, e.t.c. but simply...

    ***The Official iPhone 3.0 Thread***

I am gobsmacked at this! I have a contract sim with unlimited data bolt-on at a discounted rate. Decided to treat myself to an iPhone earlier this year on Pay-and-Go and use my contract sim until it is up. Upgraded to 3.0, and now get the message that i can't connect...This is seriously out of...

    Windows Vista 64 and SP!

Best way as far as i am concerned (but not the easiest) is (in short) install Vista on a new partition, install SP1, boot into a PE environment, create a new .wim file using imagex, extract contents from Vista DVD to hard disk, replace the old .wim image from the extract with the new one, and...

Win XP OEM help -- please

Sorry guys - i disagree. I work in an IT department, and we buy laptops directly from HP, and can remember that when attempting to boot the HP OEM cd on a non-HP piece of equipment an error message appears along the lines of this machine is not HP and cannot be used, blah blah. If I remember...

NForce 4 Audio Driver not Installing (2 different mobo's)

If i remember rightly the Audio drivers are independant of the Nforce 4 chipset drivers. You need to install the Realtek drivers as you mentioned in your post.

Is windows XP X64 a good compromise?

I'll second that.. When i first installed XP64 around 12 months ago, i wasn't too impressed due to the lack of driver support. After MS released SP2 for it i gave it another go, and glad i did. Driver support has matured and i now have had no issues whatsoever. As far as people saying that...

    Win XP 64

I tried XP64 around 12 months ago, and initially was dissapointed due to lack of driver support. I have recently installed it again after MS released SP2 for it, and have to say it is prob the best OS i have ever used. Lack of driver support is a thing of the past, and my system now runs like a...

    Asus A8N-SLI Question

I have just swapped my PC case for a Sonata II. All the components were swapped out successfully, however now when the bios post screen appears there is a single short beep. This didn't happen in my old case. The PC works fine, but was just wondering if anybody knows what the single beep code on...
