There has been a problem with w7 updates on fresh install for ages now...not every install but a lot of them...I have a couple of small programs from MS that fix the problem

Either do upgrade install to W10 then a clean install of W10 or just clean install of w10 and w7 key should activate it...genuine w10 either way :)

Have you looked at Utility warehouse? They have a very attractive night rate for E7 at 7.53p for me but the day rate is very high.

When i changed they used a "formula" as they put it to agree on my final reading based on my previous average usage over the last few months..... sometimes it can work in your favour if your recent usage was higher than normal as they will ignore your actual reading and use a lower reading that...

Fit both fans behind the heatsink rather than infront :) Did that with mine so i can see the ram :)

Have you checked temperatures of gpu and cpu at all?

The ram needs 1.35v to run at 3600MHz like most ddr4 ram...stock is 1.25v

Did you increase the voltage of the ram to 1.35v?

Cheap and nasty PSU he has with only one pcie connector......yes you can use 2 molex to make a 6 pin and that will get the card running.....wouldn't trust that psu though...

It was something to do with the filmatic smaa and grain setting combo...i had to drop down to smaa and adjust the grain then when i swapped back it was working properly...sorry if a bit vague was a while back
