this seems to be a big issue buddy, however, have you had vsmon.exe trying to shut down or has an error and needsshut down? Is it slowing your system startup?

I can sympathise there buddy! that happened to me yesterday! same thing too - using tune-up. the only wierd thing that has not fixed is MSN Messenger smileys dont show still!
