I had my protein creatine mono and didn't see any change, went onto hyperstrength and noticed a lot more. I think my dosage maybe wasn't high enough with MP but there was no difference at all. MP is probably the cheapest but there is some MET-RX stuff thats not a bad price on dolphinfitness
