Yeah I was thinking the same. When I purchased the 5600g it was at the time GPU's were hard to get hold of and my thinking was if my GPU was to break/go faulty at least I'd be able to use the CPU's integrated graphics.

Yeah I do think its driver related. Shame really as I do want to use Freesync.

Yep, the stutter/lag is still present at 60Hz with Freesync enabled on both monitors.

I knew that, honest (amended accordingly) ;) I'll give it a go and report back.

I thought I'd add that Freesync was enabled on both monitors. I am pretty sure I disabled this whilst checking the problem but only on the display with the issue. I have since turned Freesync off on both monitors and the issue appears to have resolved itself. Fingers crossed. :D
