Did another item for the DOTA 2 workshop, this time a sword for the hero Sven.
If anyone has steam, then it would be a great help if you could please up vote the weapon for me HERE
It would help me get some exposure :D
Just submitted my first DOTA 2 weapon to the workshop for Beastmaster :D Be sure to rate up and stuff ;)

Yes it's digital Spengos, I do occasionally do pencil/pen sketches, but once I've taken them so far I scan them in and work them up as it's a lot faster.

Progress shot. Unsure if I prefer the green or red shirt, what do people think? Need to finish the boots, gonna give him a weapon(thinking a machete), a backpack and some more accessories as well as more texture work :D
Please keep images to below 1280px wide or post in

Never done any traditional sculpting myself, although it's something I'd wish to try :)
Nice one Meekon, well done on the 3DTotal exposure! Well deserved the sculpt is great :D
I've managed to net myself an art position now I've graduated. I went to 3 interviews and got 3 offers ^^ Decided...
I decimated the high poly to ~20%, imported parts of it into 3DCoat and 3DS Max to retopologise and make the low poly. I then used X-Normal to bake the detail from the decimated sculpt onto the new low poly geometry.
