There is a point that the Conservatives do not have a mandate to govern Scotland though.
The nation is just a completely different demographic to England.
In this sense, it's good for Scotland that a coalition is in place, rather than a minority government that doesn't represent Scotland's...
On the plus side, more people didn't vote for tories, than did.
It's a small majority, so hopefully they can't get any rediculous bills through.
...and they may have had to agree some terms with the Libs, so may get some comparatively reasonable policies.
