well i know of number of people including myself who used the incentive to purchase a number of products, which normally would have been bought from a competitor. here's hoping this idea becomes a permanent feature.

i had the same issue with another branded monitor, try adjusting the gamma via your video cards control panel.

almost certainly will have been down to your motherboard going pop. The lower the better tbh, try at 2.0v and work your way up in .05 step until you find a stable set up. For example mine are rock solid at 2.05 and that's on a overclocked set-up, but some have found even lower volts to work...

Hmm i noticed CPU-Z actually showing 1.392v but core temp showing 1.3250v ? Is it worth manually setting the voltage to lower figure? rather than letting the bios auto set the volts?
