Problem solved! It was a graphics card. I changed to 6800GT and everything is just fine :)

So now I try Hauppauge WinTV Nova-T model 909. It's MCE compatible ok. No problems with installing. Windows accepted with no problems. But when I scan for channels it doesn't find anything. It just tells to check if I connected the aerial. It's DVB-T tuner, so I guess I need some freeview...

It's amazing. At 3.0GHz fan speed was ca. 750 rpms to keep it @ 40 degrees. When I overclocked to 3.2GHz temperature raised up to 42-44 and fan is still at 750 rpms... Which is unbelivably slow compering that my old one to keep cpu around 42 degrees at stock speed needed around 1400 rpms...
