With my Thermaltake Shark Aluminium Full Tower I always had trouble getting the motherboard tray to fit into its slot, it will not slide back into the postion where the screw holes meet up for it, its about a cm or so out of place, but this causes everything else to sit awkardly and unstable so...

I had the same problems with pings after BT upgraded me. Phone them up and tell them to remove interleaving from your line and your pings will go back to normal, if not better.
