just set your "recording" volume control to "what you hear" and any recorder program should be ok ... did you get one with you sound card software ? maybe you have a setting for full duplex ? on off ?(record and play) i would have thought your card is capable though

the new drivers have not fixed my crackling problem when using cakewalk project5 v2 or z3ta+ and my mk449c keyboard with asio 24bit 96000 , just moving the pitch bend wheel cuts affected sound off and then crackling starts at a low level and gets progresively louder to almost speaker...
