Same has happened to me with my M240i, the main coolant tank took 500ml to bring it up. I’ve replaced the cap as well and will continue to monitor it.
The low warning didn’t come on though, I was just checking the levels.

I thought I’d mention the time/date thing because if you have a flat battery, then the car will nag you to set the time/date but you won’t be able to! Well, not without using service software.

I believe it's a restriction/lack of implementation in WatchOS rather than the app not supporting it. Only Apple allowing calls for their apps and not third parties.
