I'm running a total of 4 of these, 2 as access points in the house, always been flawless.
Two of the GL-MT3000 in the Van, one connected directly to a Starlink dish.(doing away with the supplied Starlink router via a 12to48v POE, dropping the power in use to 32-35w for the SL and GL)

My energy use for all of last year, and the actual energy used cost.
Add 0.62p SC for 365 days!!!, =£226.30 for my standing charge just for electricity
So £84.26 cost for actual electricity used over the year + £226.30 SC.
It is criminal, just milking everyone for everything they can.
200+D/20up were my speeds last year on the Roam plan, its not been used since October, I will be starting the Roam plan in just over a week as we're touring the EU for a couple of months from mid April.
I gutted mine to make it smaller, use the vans12v power and a Gl.Inet router, always been...
If the SC carries on going up I might have to change, don't think I'd save as it stands, I only use 2 units @ 9p a day on the cheap rate, nothing on the standard rate.
I run a few eberspachers , workshop/house/campervan, all run on heating oil, been working problem free for over 10years.
The eberspachers are easy to connect up to a Nest thermostat for automation, simple fit and forget.
Drop the price of the SC, add it to the unit rate, people who use less pay less. My electric actual use is 0.18p a day (2 units @9p), my standing charge is 0.60p a day!
My 3 business connection has been up and down speed wise over the last 3 weeks, not sure what they are doing but my download speed is down, the upload speed has doubled, now just under 60mbps.
I can live with that.
Windscribe for the VPN, just to use UK services when abroad (UK iPlayer)
Winscribe auto configs a file for the router that you use to the country of your choice. chose France, now if I try to use the VPN from the UK it loses Starlink connection instantly.
Think I need to redo the VPN config...
^^^Using the VPN as you're in one country with the VPN set to another country ?, as I lose connection instantly.
I am using the Gl.Inet router connected to the dish via POE. The Starlink router is not connected.
@ChrisD. Are you're using the VPN on the ship and telling the VPN you're in...
One thing to point out with Starlink, don't think you can use a VPN with it, IE set it to say a VPN in France when you're in the UK it will think the dish is in France and you lose connection instantly
Can't get mine to work as above.
Otherwise its been flawless in use, flat mounted to the van...
