I am assuming you are eligible for UK cards...
The Premier World Elite Mastercard is probably best for your requirements, but you need to meet the eligibility criteria.
There's also the Amex Platinum but over your budget.
You could just buy a Priority Pass membership.
I actually prefer the old BA seat for a night flight. In the new club suite your legs are tucked into a cubby hole which makes sleeping very restrictive, but maybe I just sleep weird
The highlights of Iceland for me were Landmannalaugar, Kerlingarfjöll, Snæfellsnes and the South coast. Of those, in 3 days I would suggest focusing on the South coast, but you're going to be limited on time - driving to Vik from the airport is 3 hours alone.
The popular places that are closer...
Flew London to Buenos Aires last month. It stopped en route in Rio so not technically non-stop, but we weren't allowed to get off the plane whilst other passengers departed, the plane was cleaned, and new passengers got on. 16.5 hours in total but at least it was a night flight so sleeping...
I can see why it could be difficult to cover this circumstance. If you had some symptoms, couldn't see anyone on the NHS, so decided to go abroad to get treatment under the guise of it being a holiday, what would stop you doing that?
The management charge for our flat this year was £4k, so I would happily take your £383 bill :p
Ours started at £3k 3 years ago when we bought the place, so the increase has been steep realtive to inflation. I have no idea how yours has increased by 300% though
The Platinum and BA Amexes both have special sign up rules so even if you have had an Amex in the last couple of years, you might still be eligible. But as you say, no harm putting it in the wife's name in any case.
If you use airmiles it will costs you significantly less than cash to get into the business cabin and since the introduction of Avios Booster you can accumulate avois very quickly. Off peak to Sydney will cost you 290,000 avios plus £1,500 in business on BA for 2 tickets with a 241 voucher...
Nope it is an annual policy. The problem is the policy wording (copied below) specifically references travelling to and from the UK. There are other sections of the policy that cover some stuff whilst on holiday (e.g. needing to travel/change hotel due to a natural disaster) but nothing that...
We were just on holiday in Argentina and got stuck in Ushuaia in 3 days because of airport strikes. We couldn't get rerouted so had to cough up £350 each for a last minute 45 min flight to the next destination.
I was hopeful my Coverwise policy (underwritten by AXA) would cover it as it had...
We went to Banff, Jasper and Vancouver in 2022, also tagging on Whistler after we had to leave Jasper early due to wildfires. It's a stunning part of the world and great if you enjoy hiking. In April I would be concerned that it's still very wintery though, so bear that in mind when planning any...
Lebara do a decent value roaming add on for £25 with 2GB of data for 2 weeks, for pretty much everywhere in the world. It won't be as cheap as a local sim but saves faffing about as you can just add it on the app.
They also happen to be the best value network in the UK at the moment and using...
If you click through the link above it says the UK is one of the exempt countries.

I assume you mean HPN, not HPA airport (which is in Tonga :p), but in the absense of any other information I would be choosing the 2x 45 minute drive between JFK and HPN over the prospect of a 3 hour flight from New York to Florida plus airport time and a buffer for missed connections
Started off average and finished terribly. None of the characters were likeable and I didn't enjoy the supernatural stuff.
Sadly there have been lots of recent examples of once great tv shows living off their name alone: this, Fargo series 5 and Justified: City Primeval
I get discounted dragon passes through barclays and the app has worked fine.
As said though, UK lounge capacity is pretty terrible, so check the reviews of the lounges you plan on using most frequently to see how often people get turned away. Most lounges let you reserve entry in advance for...
