    Unfortunately yes... :D From Lancaster, over Jubilee hill and round the Trough of Bowland would be a good ride. Approx 38miles and 3600ft Or you could do Jubilee, Trough then Cross of Greet. 42miles and 4500ft How far do you want as there are longer routes with more climbs?
