I missed France/Italy today. Went to look at the result and nearly keeled over. Could so easily have been Italy, should have been. Great result for them. Don't know what France are thinking, even with a man down.

I was a good few missions in when I installed the dlc - not exactly sure how far. You get an invite to Dog Town and can head there when you want. I levelled up a bit more, than responded. You can also start straight from there from the New Game menu. Haven't tried that yet. Dog Town is...

Musk has actually caused this problem directly, he stripped the content moderation of Twitter more than once when he first took over. Couple that with halving the ad-spend and he's well on the way to becoming a millionaire. He's not at all interested in moderation or censorship.
