I've had several steroid injections into my elbow joint for tennis elbow, never had any problems and the injection also has a local anaesthetic so any pain is minor. My tennis elbow has been fine now for about 5 years, touch wood.

Nice, I am planning on either getting the OM-1 or E-M1 mk III soon. I would go for the lens you won't need the tripod much with the OM-1's excellent image stabilisation.

I can see Putin still trying to blame Ukraine or the West for what may or may not be happening inside Russia.

Can't say I've noticed the thick green line on my phone. What did the pano look like straight from the drone? I've only had a quick mess around but the few landscapes I have tried look good to me.

I'm afraid that's what puts me off Staffy's, although my neighbours have a rescue one and he's lovely but not for me. I am thinking about a Clumber Spaniel or Cockapoo or similar sometime in the near future
