When I moved house over a year ago I made sure I had my own parking. Driveway makes life soo easy. I also have my own parking at the back of the property along with a garage if extra parking is needed (guests etc) In and out of driveway, never need to worry about parking.

Heated seats go on immediately. Front and rear heated windscreen if i need to use them :p My Lexus is a Hybrid too. So does not take too long to warm up. Climate control set at 25 degrees. Only down side MPG has dropped from 65 to 60. Expected though. Plus having a garage helps :D
