Can recommend the Joie Multiply high chair - not cheap, but you can alter the seat so it sits more upright as your kids can sit themselves up (ours is 4 months and now sitting a bit more upright than slouching). The chair can be altered too into a no-so-high chair I think for use when they're...

In fairness, lots of people live in Brighton who are heterosexual. Sorry to hear re. the situation Sui, the pain is real now, but in time it'll improve and in a way, there's little more you could've done to make it work, which might become a comfort for you.

Yeah I second using Alamo, I've always flown into Orlando Int where I know their cars can be collected from the multi storey connected, but Alamo are all over the place.

@robgmun late to this but my goodness I'm so sorry to hear about your loss, and very glad to hear your wife is making progress. Others have already said it all, don't worry too much about being strong or being anything in particular, you've just got to do whatever you need to do for you and the...

Cheers both! Tummy time does very much feel like yet another "guideline" designed to scare parents into trying to do absolutely everything every day. You just want to feel like you're giving them the best start possible though don't you. We had a similar experience with our health visitor who...

So our little fella is now 12 weeks old, smiling away and cooing at us regularly, which is amazing. Two challenges I'm facing at the mo, the biggest is his ability to sleep for longer stretches (has only ever done max 4-5 hours in one go and that's once per night) seems to be diminishing to 2...

Cheers for this, that's exactly where I'm at with it tbh, feel like he'll do what he can when he's ready to. He was also born a few weeks early and depending on who you speak to, that can apparently play a part.

Quick question for you chaps, out of interest can you remember roughly when your little ones started to smile? We've got a nearly 8 week old who's shown signs of doing so but hasn't yet cracked a full blown grin. The health visitor is chomping at the bit to refer us to the paeds team as it can...

Congrats @byeo! I too joined the club a few weeks back, it's been a bit of a rollercoaster since from which I'm just about emerging. Our little one came three weeks early; the Mrs ended up developing pre-eclampsia and the boy was measuring like a giant, so they decided to induce as soon as we...

3 weeks to go, had a number of complications recently that seem to be pointing towards the boy being brought along early, poss as early as next week. Cue a manic weekend of sorting the house....!

Yeah ignore 100% I reckon. If she's been that resourceful to get in touch with you, replying will only spur her on.

Well we've got just under 5 weeks to go, and it turns out our boy is likely to be an absolute unit...so he might well be 'encouraged' to come and meet us a little earlier than planned. All of a sudden I've got a lot of washing and cleaning to get done whilst the Mrs nests at pace :D

We've gone for the maxicosi pebble and an isofix base (think the maxicosi 3 way). The theory being we can just leave the base in the car and clip the seat in/out more easily than faffing about with seatbelts every time

I remember us both sharing our similar stories months ago, glad to hear all is progressing well! Our fella is also measuring large with 6.5 weeks to go...where the heck did all of that time go?! Pretty much ready (or as ready as we can be) bar a few additional bits to get ordered.

Not offensive to me personally chap, just better to avoid such expressions on here I'd imagine :) At least it's friday, hopefully the impending weekend (and a lot of caffeine) will get you through!

Not to be unhelpful when you've had little sleep, but is the use of gay signing off with a name, or a way to express how your evening went?
