Nearly £600 for the cheapest model. I just cant push myself to pay that much for the equivalent of a 2060 super that cost way less than that before the 30 series launched.

Maybe the intel GPUs will help things, but my guess is they will have low stock and overcharge for them (I would)

In hindsight I wish I had paid scalper prices back at the end of 2020. They are looking very reasonable now.

They mentioned this on a video I watched yesterday. Apparently AMD drop stock on Nvidia launch days on purpose. Happens a lot, I wasnt aware. I noticed there were a lot of AMD cards in stock this morning.

Not economical to make a new cooler for the 3070Ti, cant use the 3070 one. So use the 3080 one which means most will be as thick as a 3080 as a result. Are there dual slot 3080s apart from the FE? They are all 2.5+ ? I have the feeling the FE cooler is bare minimum.

Nvidia site just suddenly got a lot quicker with refresh. Wonder if someone was DDoSing the launch?

They run much hotter than the standard 3070, most AIBs will use 3080 cooling or something close to it. The 3070Ti FE uses upgraded cooling compared to the standard 3070

Maybe they are waiting for less traffic on the pages. So in a couple of weeks from now then? ;)

I saw the same thing. I’ve only taken part in a couple of the launch days before for FE (3060Ti and 3080Ti) and even though I didn’t get either, I did both times see a check availability button on Nvidia and was able to get to the sales pages. For the 3070Ti launch all I saw was an Out Of Stock...
