What do people use for tracking system performance, just arrived in city and fps has took a dump lol. Task manager shows CPU as 100% and GPU (3070) as like 0-19%? surely the 9700k isn't causing a bottleneck that huge? its not that old.

Well looks pretty good so far. i7 9700k + 3070RTX - running Ultra RTX / All settings high / Need to have DLSS on mind (Performance i think) runs about 50-60fps Can't get that nvidia Alt+F3 to work though, keeps telling me to start the game
