It'll pass eventually. I found repetitive multiplayer games killed it for me, or perhaps I grew out of them? Unsure. Ultimately I got back into things to give The Last of Us 2 a go, and now I'm devouring narrative driven games like there's no tomorrow. My lull lasted a few years mind.

Ok 13 year update; I spent some time learning how aperture, ISO and shutter work which was a huge boost, thanks for the advice, also learned a bit about focal lengths and got myself a fairly decent lens set. Moved to Hong Kong which it turns out (unsurprisingly) offers more photo opportunities...

The first game I definitely remember finishing was one of the Sonics on the Mastersystem, I think it was Sonic 2.

Call of Duty 4. Though I anticipate it will lose due to peoples memories being tainted by it's inferior sequels.

Both will last 10-20 hours ish. Ico is in my top 10 games of all time, SotC comes very close.

Unfortunately the GTP course is being discontinued after this year. The whole training process is getting a bit of a mix up this year, there's still several ways to get qualified, but sadly I do not think any of them pay as well as the GTP did.
