Seeing at least 3 USAF air refuelling tankers up near the border of Ukraine. Not sure if they’re providing support to the Ukraine airforce or if there’s other USAF jets in that region.

Callsigns FORTE11 and FORTE12 have been RQ-4 Global Hawks which have flown at that altitude, so it's very likely to be one too.

An RAF RC-135 is patrolling the Polish border right now. There seems to be a lot of activity in that area, with US Ospreys and other transports going in and out of presumed military bases there.

Why are thousands of people tracking normal passenger flights going over Ukraine on Flightradar? I get following FORTE11 and military craft.. Are people curious to see if anything happens to them?

Why do some military craft have their transponders switched on? Is it to send a message to say, for example, that they're submarine hunting in a certain area because their intelligence is on point and knows there's something there? I guess for the recon above Ukraine, they know Russia knows...

If you're not happy with police action then by all means make a complaint and have them explain to you why they didn't pursue the investigation. Moaning about it on some random forums and berating police because you got what you thought was a poor service isn't going to make it better.
